Complete renovation of the flat, featuring a newly designed open-plan living area, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, and a study.
Both the living room and bathroom have been expanded to create spacious, social environments. The project showcases finishes in raw, natural, and oceanic tones.
Innovative storage solutions have been implemented throughout to maximize the available hidden spaces offered by the new layout.
We aimed to modernize the flat and improve the layout, particularly in the living room/kitchen area and the bathrooms. Given the flat's condition when we moved in, it has undergone a complete transformation!
This project also helped us establish relationships with various suppliers and tradesmen. Additionally, several estate agents were pleasantly surprised by the results when conducting valuations.
